Op 28 augustus en 12 september verwelkomde Leefmilieu Brussel de teams van leerkrachten die dit jaar begeleiding krijgen om een milieuproject in hun school op te zetten.
Dankzij deze opleidings- en uitwisselingsdag konden ze, voor de start van het schooljaar, in team nadenken over het project dat ze willen lanceren en de doelstellingen die ze willen verwezenlijken. Dit ontmoetings- en uitwisselingsmoment bood ook de gelegenheid de motivatie en het enthousiasme te delen van alle aanwezigen die te trappelen staan om met hun project te starten!

De leerkrachten werden per thema (compost, moestuin, geluid, zero afval, biodiversiteit, duurzame voeding, energie/klimaat) bij elkaar gebracht en er werd hen voorgesteld te werken op basis van een nieuwe tool voor projectbeheer, evaluatie en communicatie: het overzichtsbord (in Word-versie).
Door alle vakjes van het overzichtsbord in te vullen kan het project worden gekaderd, kan vroeger in het proces worden nagedacht over bepaalde aspecten, waardoor de slaagkansen verhogen. Ze moeten niet allemaal in één keer worden ingevuld, ze moeten enkele keren worden aangepast, sommige moeten worden herbekeken. Dankzij de tool kan u de evolutie van uw project zien, de grote fases vastleggen en inschatten wat u aan het einde van het jaar verwezenlijkt wil zien.

De milieuverenigingen, partners van Leefmilieu Brussel, die de scholen het hele project lang zullen begeleiden, waren aanwezig om die scholen te begeleiden bij het denkwerk over het overzichtsbord. Ze gaven ook verduidelijking bij de begeleiding door in te gaan op de verschillende fases van het project, door de leermiddelen rond het thema voor te stellen, door methodologieën voor projectbeheer of technische tips te belichten.

Reglementeringen, technisch beheer, labeling, … De vzw Coren kreeg de opdracht uw vragen te beantwoorden en u te adviseren.
